Shipping and Returns

Web Maintenance

The window for this maintenance is scheduled for 3:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. March 7, 2010. You may have difficulty in checkout process during the window time. All systems are expected to be fully operational by 7:00 a.m. (EST). We sincerely appreciate your patience and your understanding of the necessity on this matter.

Flat Shipping Program

Due to the rush orders, all order eligible flat shipping rate will be usually ship out within  2~5 days upon receiving the order. Regular shipping process time does not applicable to this program. Any order over $2000.USD will be rejected by the site. Please call us at 866-731-0205 to place the order. Please see Flat Shipping Program.

Shipping Process

After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an valid email address when you create Your Account.

All order will be shipped out within 1~3 business days upon receiving the order. Please allow 5~10 business days from placing your order online to receive the products. Please note, currently, we do not accept special delivery requests for orders under $1000. All order will be shipped through FedEx Ground as our standard shipping and handling process (A few product lines will be shipped via UPS).

Product In Stock

Most domestic orders placed before 9 am (CT) Monday-Friday will usually ship out the same day. Otherwise, the orders will be shipped on next Business Day. Weekends and holidays are not classed as business days.

Not applicable for:

  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays
  • Special Order items

Products Not in Stock

Products marked with *** do not exist in the desired quantity in our stock.

Special Order product

There are minimum order quantities for special order product. If you need special service, such as custom food packaging design or product from specific vendor, please contact your Food Packaging Warehouse Consultant for details by emailing Support@FoodPackagingWarehouse.com and please include "Special Orders" in the Subject Line.

Delivery

All orders within the United States are shipped by FedEx Ground or UPS ground based on the products line. They are equally reliable and punctual.

FedEx cannot deliver to a Post Office Box or to APO/FPO addresses. Please provide us wirh an acceptable delivery address.

Products are shipped out from IL. Delivery for US address is generally 1-5 business days. Usually transit time from our Midwest warehouse to the Midwest area is 1-3 days and to East and West locations is 4 to 5 days. See the FedEx delivery map below for your reference.

Undeliverable packages

Undeliverable packages will be return to Food Packaging Warehouse. Usually results from an incorrect address or PO BOX. We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please double-check your delivery address carefully when placing an order. Unfortunately, we cannot re-ship orders. We will contact our customer if an order is returned and request the intent. Customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping and re-stocking fee. The Restocking Fee is the greater of $10.00 or 15% of the price paid for the returned items.

Please Note:

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours or shipped out on the second business day. However, some orders may take up to 48 hours depending on the time of year.
  • For delivery to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for delivery.
  • If you live in an area experiencing extreme weather or unexpected situations, delays may add an additional 1 to 2 days to the estimated delivery date of your order. We will send you notification by email when a delay is expected.
  • If the delivery address is an area that our shipping carrier can not reach. We will switch to another carrier. Delayed is expected. We will send you notification by email.
  • Food Packaging Warehouse is not responsible for missed dates due to shipping company issues.

Tracking Orders

You can track your package by enter the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email at Fedex  or UPS 

Return Policy

There is a restocking fee on ALL Customer Initiated Returns. The Restocking Fee is the greater of $10.00 or 15% of the price paid for the returned items.

Rules Regarding Both Exchanges & Returns:

  • You must complete and submit the Return Authorization Form below for a RA# BEFORE returning merchandise for exchange or credit within 3 business days after receiving your merchandise.
  • Simply use the form on this page which will submit your request to our Customer Service Department. A returned authorization email will be sent to you. If no e-mail address is provided, we will contact you by phone.
  • Write your name and order number on the outside of your returned package(s). This number MUST be visible on EACH package returned.
  • Shipping costs for returned items other than defective, damaged, or incorrect items are the customer's responsibility. We recommend that items are shipped in a way that can be tracked.

Exchanges (for defective or damaged merchandise)

  • Defective or damaged merchandise will be promptly replaced upon receipt of the returned merchandise. A return authorization form must be submitted to receive a RA#. Please write this number on EACH package returned.
  • A call tag will be issued from our Customer Service Department after receiving your completed authorization form. When you receive your authorization number, please have your returns ready for pick-up within 3 business days and include your RA# on each package.
