Return Policy

There is a restocking fee on ALL Customer Initiated Returns. The Restocking Fee is the greater of $10.00 or 15% of the price paid for the returned items.

Rules Regarding Both Exchanges & Returns:

• You must complete and submit the Return Authorization Form below for a RA# BEFORE returning merchandise for exchange or credit within 7 business days after receiving your merchandise.
• Simply use the form on this page which will submit your request to our Customer Service Department. A returned authorization email will be sent to you. If no e-mail address is provided, we will contact you by phone.
• Write your name and order number on the outside of your returned package(s). This number MUST be visible on EACH package returned.
• Shipping costs for returned items other than defective, damaged, or incorrect items are the customer's responsibility. We recommend that items are shipped in a way that can be tracked.

Exchanges (for defective or damaged merchandise)

• Defective or damaged merchandise will be promptly replaced upon receipt of the returned merchandise. A return authorization form must be submitted to receive a RA#. Please write this number on EACH package returned.
• A call tag will be issued from our Customer Service Department after receiving your completed authorization form. When you receive your authorization number, please have your returns ready for pick-up within 7 business days and include your RA# on each package.
