FoodPackagingWarehouse.com EARNS BBB ACCREDITATION

March 1, 2011

Lyons, IL – Becoming an Accredited Business with the Better Business Bureau is an honor not accorded to all businesses; because not all businesses meet eligibility standards. FoodPackagingWarehouse.com is pleased to announce today that it has met all BBB standards and is now an Accredited Business.

“Accreditation in the BBB is by invitation only” says Steve J. Bernas, president & CEO of the Better Business Bureau serving Chicago and Northern Illinois. “And only those businesses that meet our high standards, and pass the review process are approved by our Board of Directors”.

As with all businesses that are accredited by the BBB, FoodPackagingWarehouse.com has committed to the BBB Code of Business Practices. The Code is a comprehensive set of policies, procedures and best practices on how businesses treat consumers. These standards call for building trust, embodying integrity, advertising honestly and being truthful. Bernas adds “To maintain their accreditation a business must be transparent, honor their promises, be responsive to their customers, and safeguard their privacy.”

“We are proud to be a BBB Accredited Business,” says Jeff Lukas, president of Packaging Resources Inc. FPW’s parent company. “In today’s world it is imperative that our customers know how seriously we take our commitment to excellence and good customer service. Our achieving BBB Accreditation exemplifies that goal.”

FoodPackagingWarehouse.com recently celebrated its third year offering consumers the best in takeout food containers and packaging. “Our desire is to stay focused on what we do best; provide outstanding products and unsurpassed customer service,” said Chia-Chen Wang, Marketing Manager of FoodPackagingWarehouse.com.

About the Better Business Bureau:

As a private, non-profit organization, the purpose of the Better Business Bureau is to promote an ethical marketplace. BBBs help resolve buyer/seller complaints by means of conciliation, mediation and arbitration. BBBs also review advertising claims, online business practices and charitable organizations. BBBs develop and issue reports on businesses and nonprofit organizations and encourage people to check out a company or charity before making a purchase or donation.

Food Packaging Company and Chicago Athletes Respond to Crucial Needs of Aid Organization

June 10, 2010

[Lyons, IL] – Food Packaging Warehouse retailer and two Chicago Bears will actively participate in the Good Shepherd Center’s 2nd Annual Golf Tournament. GPC organizes the June 18th event at a time of particular need for its wide-range of family services.

As a sponsor, Food Packaging Warehouse supports activities that include 18 holes of golf, celebrity buffet reception, and audience with two of the top 50 Chicago Bears, Steve “Mongo” McMichael and Doug Buffone.

“Participating in this golf event is in line with FPW’s commitment to the special needs of the area,” says Jeff Lukas, president of Packaging Resources Inc. FPW’s parent company. This goal is especially important, Lukas says, as both PRI and FPW have thrived in part by working with Chicago area businesses.

By supporting the charitable event, the FPW staff hopes to strengthen the impact of Good Shepherd Center’s good deeds and ensure GSC’s care can reach many families in Chicagoland.

With a drop in government assistance, organizers at GSC depend even more on outside intervention. 100% of sponsor donations and volunteers work will go to helping families manage physical and cognitive challenges.

This event comes on the heels of PRI’s Chicago Cares Serveathon day team as well as its 10th year anniversary. “A decade is a proud benchmark and these two worthy causes are the first of many for PRI,” says Lukas.

Advocates at Good Shepherd Center say the unique and urgent needs of children with and without disabilities make the golf event a remarkable opportunity to empower children with disabilities in the Southwest suburbs.

“The actual event is really enjoyable, it’s a beautiful setting and it’s a great cause,” says Cheryl Assise, GSC representative.
